Welcome to GT Invest, Anne-Sophie
Anne-Sophie recently strengthened the GT Invest team with her enthusiasm and extensive technical, practical and financial knowledge. As Management Assistant she's the first port of call for our portfolio companies. Read on to get to know her a little better!
What's your background?
I obtained a bachelor's degree in Agro- and Biotechnology and gained several years of experience in that sector. In 2011 I went to explore new paths and started as a Booking Agent for artists at BMB Agency: an very pleasant job that taught me to work independently and in a solution-oriented way. The company was in full growth and I helped to optimize and expand it. It grew into a great success story which I am most proud of.

How would you describe your role as Management Assistant?
My range of duties is extremely varied. One day I'm fulfilling administrative tasks at our office in Bruges and the next day I'm sitting together with one of our portfolio companies. The goal is that I offer support in the further development of the portfolio companies as well as in GT Invest's market approach. Knowing that I can be of significance for our customers and my colleagues continuously fills me with eagerness to start my working day.
What makes GT Invest an exciting company to work for?
The diversity of portfolio companies and GT Invest's drive to continue to grow. We are a young and dynamic team that complement each other very well. At the same time, there is an enormous amount of knowledge within the company. The fact that I'll get to learn a lot from Steve, Miek and Joren triggers me all the more to go for it.
